Therapy descriptions

We offer a wide variety of services to clients that may increase their quality of life, reduce pain, lower recovery times, stress, and help the body repair itself.

Specific Services Provided

While some services may be provided simultaneously with others, this is a specific list to clarify what is available at the Speaks Clinic.

Acupressure is a traditional healing technique that uses gentle, sustained pressure on specific points along the body’s energy pathways (meridians). Similar to acupuncture but without needles, acupressure helps restore balance, release tension, and support the body’s natural healing processes. By stimulating these points, energy (Qi/Chi) is encouraged to flow more freely, improving physical, emotional and mental well-being.

Advanced Craniosacral Therapy builds upon the principles of traditional CST, integrating deeper levels of somatic awareness, emotional release and energetic sensitivity. This approach works not only with the physical craniosacral rhythm, but also with the energetic and emotional patterns that influence it. Through highly refined palpation skills, practitioners help clients access the body’s innate intelligence to release stored trauma and restore balance at every level- physical, emotional, and energetic.

Chi Energy Work is a holistic practice rooted in ancient healing traditions that focuses on balancing and enhancing the body’s vital life force- often referred to as “Chi” or “Qi.” By using gentle touch, guide breathing, visualization, or subtle hand movements, practitioners help restore the natural flow of energy throughout the body. When Chi is balanced, the body, mind, and spirit function more harmoniously, promoting health and resilience.

Compression therapy uses specialized pneumatic compression pants that surround the legs and apply controlled, sequential pressure through a series of inflatable chambers. The chambers gently inflate and release in a programmed pattern, creating a rhythmic compression that progresses along the lower extremities. This non-invasive therapy can be used independently or alongside massage and other wellness services to promote circulation, encourage fluid movement, reduce feelings of heaviness or fatigue in the legs, and support recovery after physical activity.

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on method that focuses on balancing the craniosacral system- the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. Using the light touch, the practitioner detects and releases subtle restrictions within this system, promoting optimal flow of cerebrospinal fluid and restoring harmony throughout the body.

Frequency Therapy, or Tuning Fork Therapy is a gentle sound-based healing practice that uses calibrated metal forks to deliver specific vibrations to the body. These vibrations an be applied directly to muscles, joints, and energy points, or used in the surrounding energy field.

HBOT is a non-invasive treatment in which a client breathes concentrated oxygen in a pressurized chamber. This process allows oxygen to dissolve more effectively into the bloodstream and reach tissues throughout the body at concentrations much higher than normal breathing conditions.

The Ionic Foot Bath is a gentle detoxification therapy designed to help the body release stored toxins through the feet. By immersing the feet in warm, ionized water, a mild electrical current creates charged particles (ions) that interact with the body's natural energy field. This process supports the body's own detox systems, promotes relaxation, and restores energetic balance.

The Magnetico Sleep mattress is designed to harness the restorative power of magnetism while you rest. By creating a low-intensity magnetic field that mimics and supports the Earth’s natural energy, this system promotes deeper rest, cellular balance, and overall wellness.

Rapid Tension Relief is a modern therapeutic technique that uses targeted vibration and percussion to quickly release muscle tightness, improve circulation, and reduce pain. By delivering short, controlled pulses to areas of tension, this therapy helps reset muscle fibers, calm the nervous system, and restore ease of movement- all within minutes.

This is a non-invasive treatment that uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to stimulate the body/s natural cellular processes. By delivering light energy deep into the skin and tissues, RLT enhances cellular function, promotes healing, and reduces inflammation. This therapy supports both aesthetic and therapeutic goals, improving recovery, circulation, and overall vitality.

Somatic Emotional Release is a gentle therapeutic approach that works with the mind-body connection to identify and release unresolved emotions stored within the body’s tissues. Emotional trauma, stress, or long-term tension can become held in the fascia, muscles, and nervous system. This can contribute to pain, dysfunction, or emotional imbalance. This technique provides a safe and supportive process for allowing these patterns to surface, release, and integrate.

Systemic Myofascial Release (MFR) is a gentle, hands-on therapy that focuses on the fascia- the continuous connective tissue network that surrounds and supports every muscle bone, nerve, and organ in the body. When fascia becomes restricted due to injury, stress, inflammation, or trauma, it can create tension patterns that affect the entire system. By addressing these restrictions, systemic MFR restores balance and supports the body’s natural healing capacity.

Traditional Thai Massage, practiced for centuries in temples at healing centers of Thailand, is a therapeutic bodywork system that blends acupressure, assisted stretching, and mindful breathing. The pre-1985 style preserves the authentic lineage of Thai massage before modern spa adaptions, focusing on its original therapeutic intent: restoring balance, mobility, and vital energy.

This modernized practice incorporates Western anatomy, kinesiology, and physical therapy concepts. The focus of modern Thai centers on client-specific needs and preferences.

This is a specialized device in the application/reduction of neurogenic tremors.

Two trained massage therapists work simultaneously in a coordinated, unified session, combining techniques, pressure, and positioning to deliver a customized full-body treatment that may include table massage, Thai-inspired work, stretching, myofascial release, and compression based on the client’s needs.

This method involves standing or exercising on a platform that vibrates at controlled frequencies. The movement is designed to gently stimulate muscles and circulation. Many people find it energizing and helpful for flexibility, balance, and overall vitality when used as part of a regular fitness or wellness routine.

Yoga is a holistic practice that combines purposeful movement, controlled breathing, and mindfulness to support both physical and mental well-being. When tailored to an individual's abilities and goals, yoga can serve as a valuable component of a comprehensive health and self-care program.
