Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy-work practice designed to encourage relaxation, mindfulness, and an overall sense of well-being. During a session, the practitioner uses light touch or positions the hands just above the body while the client rests comfortably. Reiki can be offered independently or incorporated alongside Thai massage, tuning fork therapy, and other energy-work modalities, creating a quiet restorative component within a broader therapeutic session.

Deep Relaxation

  • Creates a calm, low-stimulation environment that encourages rest

  • May help reduce feelings of everyday stress and tension

  • Requires no strenuous movement or deep physical pressure

Energy-Work Integration

  • Based on the traditional Reiki concept of directing or balancing universal life energy

  • Integrates naturally with other energy-focused practices

  • Can complement tuning forks, meditation, breathwork, and Thai massage

Gentle & Non-Invasive

  • Performed through light touch or with the practitioner's hands positioned above the body

  • Appropriate for clients who prefer minimal physical pressure

  • Techniques can be adapted to individual comfort and preferences

Mind-Body Awareness

  • Encourages stillness, focused breathing, and awareness of physical sensations

  • May support a meditative state and greater sense of connection between mind and body

  • Provides a quiet counterpoint to more physically active massage techniques

Complementary Wellness

  • Can be incorporated before, during, or after hands-on massage

  • Offers an additional relaxation-focused component within an individualized wellness plan

  • Intended as a complementary wellness practice rather than a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment
